I went through a few collections of Diamond Rings on Caratlane website & called their koramangala(bangalore) store for understanding the availability of the product, size, lead time for delivery – it was a fantastic care by one of their team member "Sunanda" who not only supported me over the phone to understand my query but also invited me to the store to showcase their other range which might help me to make my decision quicker.she was very friendly, helpful, patient & also suggested a few models which helped me to close the sale instantly. The best part was their support to give me a ring which was slightly smaller in size just to surprise my "soulmate" on her 50th Birthday & in the meantime they placed the order for the exact size & the follow up was great by Sunanda & Allen.it was my diamond ring collection which was gifted to my soul mate & it was truly an ÄWESOME "& OUT OF THE WORLD EXPERIENCE".I got the exact sized ring swapped in a fortnight time – thanks a ton to Caratlane, Tanishq & more than anyone "Sunanda"

I recently bought a pair of Solitaire's from you guys. While I am delighted with the final product I was particularly satisfied with the service I received at each and every stage. The sales and customer support lady Divya was fantastic as she helped me understand what I am buying better, and I felt a level of trust and honesty in the discussions, I didn't feel like she was out to fleece an unsuspecting customer.
I was also happy with the delivery person Amit, he again ensured that the final delivery and inspection of the product was transparent and he explained and showed me all the relevant documents.

Easy for people like me who are shopping jewelry for the first time

I bought ear rings on my wife's B'day at the store. They had very good collection of those, also in my budget. Staff were pretty helpful and friendly. They helped me pick a design. All the jewelry esp diamonds come pre certified, makes it easy for people like me who are shopping jewelry for the first time. After buying at the store I went thru their online collection and it was very huge. I think they need to cut down a lil bit on the making charges as it was around 25% usually 15-18% is decent in my opinion. Except for that itwas a very pleasant experience shopping there.

And designs are unique and also rates are competitive. Must visit the site if u want real value for ur money. I would also suggest to see designs and compare with local jewellery shops. U can also purchase them and rectify the purety of the jwellery at local jwellery shop.
