This shop always open early in the morning by 7 am positively when people used to pass through his shop daily. The behavior of the Entrepreneur and his sweet conversations and co-operations attracted the people to come their shop having some repairing jobs and other requirements and orders of gold and silver. The shopkeeper used to execute their jobs in punctual times and very nominal labors, as a result, day by day the customers satisfied with their service and punctuality- Now the small seeds of earning growing rapidly.

Now this artisan became the Director of this firm and gave responsibility to his 4th son named GOPI KISHAN SONI a well skilled and good behavior and personality to carry on this business in Kolkata in 2005.
